Squat, Bench , And Dead Lift

Dungeon’s Gym East Building (145 Eat Main Street Sleepy Eye MN 56085)

Weigh Ins and Meeting 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

Squats at 9 a.m.

Bench at 9 a.m.

Dead Lifts start at 10:30 a.m.

You will have time to warm up. Three attempts for each lift.

Two Classes Open and Natural

All Raw...no suits.

Combined Total In All Three Lifts For Placings.One Trophy for all lifts.

If we have 12 per class we will have 1st through 12th placings for trophies. Everyone will trophy per division as long as you make one lift in each event. Entry Fee $30 for all three lifts.

Men

Age: 13-17 Weight Classes 165 and Under 165.25 to 210 210.25 and Over

Age: 19-24 Weight Classes 165 and under 165.25 to 220 220.25 and Over

Age: 25-35 Weight Classes 165 and Under 165.25 to 220 220.25 and Over

265 and over

Age: 36-46 Weight Classes 165 and under 165.25 to 220 220.25 to 265

265.25 and over

Age: 47-59 Weight Classes 165 and under 165.25 to 220 220.25 to 265

265.25 and over

Ages 60 plus Weight Classes 180 and under 180.25 and over

Women

Age: 14-26 Weight Classes 130 pounds and under 130.25 pounds and over

Age: 26-38 Weight Classes 130 pounds and under 130.25 pounds and over

Age: 38-50 Weight Classes 130 pounds and under 130.25 pounds and over

Age: 50 plus Weight Classes 130 pounds and under 130.25 pounds and over
