Jungle Jan Mielke(pictured at the left) setting the IBPA SD State Dead Lift Record Master II 104 pounds and under class. On 1-22-11 she lifted 210 pounds with ease. Jungle Jan also received the best lifter award for the ladies at the meet. Great job Jungle Jan. Her next meet will be in Olathe KS at The 2011 IBPA Mid America Bench Press and Dead Lift Championships on Feb. 26th 2011.

Her goal is to dead lift 225 pounds at the Mid America Event.
